These 0.1mm diamter silica (glass) beads are useful for homogenization of gram negative and gram positive bacteria. Beads are acid washed, heat treated and ready to use. Supplied in 200g bottle. Can be used with Benchmark Bead Homogenizers as well as those from other manufacturers. Also available in prefilled 2ml tubes (D1031-01).
